The Ecodynamic Enterprise label
The Brussels-based Ecodynamique label recognizes organizations that reduce their environmental impact in terms of energy, water, waste, soil, and biodiversity.
We have been awarded the highest distinction, 3 stars, as well as the highest score ever achieved by an event caterer, concrete proof of our commitment.
The CO2 Logic label
The CO2logic label certifies that we measure, reduce, and offset our CO₂ emissions every year.
We aim to reduce direct emissions by 42% by 2035 and by 7% per year across our value chain, thanks to local products, waste reduction, and the electrification of our fleet.
CO2logic–Vinçotte certification guarantees the transparency of our approach.
The Artisan label
The Artisan label, issued by the SPF Economy, recognizes companies with genuine artisanal expertise. At Great, it highlights our homemade cuisine, made from raw, seasonal products sourced locally.

Goodfood
The Brussels Environment Good Food label rewards HORECA establishments committed to sustainability. It promotes the use of local and seasonal products, as well as the development of alternatives to animal proteins.

Great is a partner of Team for the Planet, a citizen investment tool dedicated to combating climate change.
This initiative puts entrepreneurship at the service of ecological transition by supporting innovative solutions to limit climate change.
ETA CITECO
We are collaborating with ETA CITECO to transform the area around our workshop into an urban market garden: herb beds, fruit trees, and a 160 m² mini-forest, creating a resilient ecosystem.
This project is part of Brussels' food self-sufficiency strategy.
Recyclo
We have partnered with Recyclo for the composting of our organic waste. This Brussels-based organization, which is committed to urban waste management, offers businesses a comprehensive service covering waste management, carbon-neutral collection by cargo bike, and recycling.
Alpaca
Alpaca implements eco-friendly solutions tailored to the specific needs of our events, enabling us to reduce our environmental footprint. In addition, any surplus is redistributed to charitable organizations. We offer this solution for your events.
Bicycleat
BICYCLEAT is a non-profit organization specializing in meal delivery, firmly committed to the fight against hunger. Their innovative approach involves delivering meals to homeless people in Brussels using cargo bikes. Every week, we provide them with trays of surplus food.
Made in Abeillees
Made in Abeilles is a social cooperative that fights to protect bees and support beekeepers in our regions. We have adopted beehives on our site as a strong gesture in favor of the environment. The entire local environment benefits from the presence of bees, which will pollinate several million flowers per day around the apiary.
Smile AFSCA
The AFSCA "Smiley" certifies that our company has a reliable, validated, and certified self-monitoring system that guarantees food safety, product quality, traceability, and compliance with legal obligations.
Each sticker has a unique identification number and is displayed in a visible location. Thanks to this certification, we benefit from official recognition of our good practices in food safety and self-monitoring.

In 2012, Great Traiteur was founded with a simple ambition: to offer responsible, tasty, and environmentally friendly catering services. That year marked the beginning of a sustainable approach that continues to guide everything we do.

First certification with the Ecodynamic Enterprise Label
Our commitment to the environment has been officially recognized with the award of our first Ecodynamic Enterprise certification. This is a key milestone that highlights our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental impact.

New partnership and a transition to short supply chains
Partnership with Recyclo began in 2020, followed by collaboration with Alpaca. In 2021, our commitment intensified with a transition to short supply chains, reinforcing our sustainable and responsible approach.

Ever greener energy
We are strengthening our environmental commitment with a 100% green energy contract, moving into a new building equipped with solar panels, and gradually transitioning to a fleet of electric vehicles. By 2025, more than 90% of our travel will be electric.

Smart Mobility
We actively encourage sustainable travel by facilitating cycling, walking, and public transportation. By providing suitable infrastructure and raising awareness among our teams, we are reducing our carbon footprint while improving everyone's well-being. Healthier mobility for a cleaner environment.

Heading toward a responsible future
By 2030, we will aim for a 100% electric fleet to reduce our environmental impact. By 2035, we plan to obtain ISO 22000 certification and reduce our CO₂ emissions by 35%. These goals mark our commitment to building a more sustainable, responsible, and exemplary future.
